Aircel — Non refund of security money | |||||
Respected Sir, My name is Veeresh Kumar & I am a defence personnel. Due to the nature of job I am being transffered from Jammu to new place. At Jammu I got an Aircel number [protected] which was initially prepaid but converted to Postpaid. For this I paid Rs. 200/- as security deposit & I was promised that this money will be paid by cheque once the number is deactivated. I requested the same in May 2013 and the number was deactivated. Since then I am waiting for my Rs 200/ which is not paid by the company till now. I think the company is making fool the customers by giving assurance that the money will be paid by cheque. If the company do this type with 10000 customers all over INDIA it will make a profit of Rs 20 Lacs. Please look into the matter. My contact number is [protected].
