[Resolved]  Aircel — Not accepting e adhar card as a address proof

I have mailed Please note that i have purchased a new Aircel prepaid connection details as follows : MSISDN: [protected] IMSI: [protected] ICCID :[protected] I have produced e-adhar document vide adhar No.[protected] and a copy of photograph. But unfortunately the retailer informed me that e-adhar is not acceptable to Aircel. So, my mobile no is not being activated since last 10 days. Please let me know if the e-adhar is acceptable to Aircel or not. Aircel Replied : Dear Aircelite, Greetings of the day, This has reference to your e-mail dated[protected] regarding SIM activation status for your Aircel number [protected]. We regret to inform you that as validated in our system your number is not active. We request you to kindly get in touch with the point of sale or contact our toll free activation helpdesk 59059 from 8:00 am to 11:00 PM for further processing. Aside to this, we would like to inform that Adhar Card is accepted as proof of address and identity. We regret to inform that e Adhar card is not valid as address and id proof only ADHAR CARD is permissible.
