[Resolved]  Aircel — Not blocking my lost sim even after requesting twice

I had lost my sim a few days back and lodged a police complaint for it. Someone found my lost sim card and started using it. So i went to golagaht aircel office to block it. The lady agreed to block the sim but could not provide me a replacement sim as she had no stock left. So later that day she blocked my sim. The nxt day again i found dat the lost sim was activated.
I was feeling so tensed as to what were these culprits up to. This time i went to a aircel 3g office in silpukhuri guwahati and requested her to block the sim. The lady told me that they had no link connection and the sim cannot be blocked that day. So at this point my nervousness increased as there were two continuous holidays coming. If she cant block it that day then she wont be able to block it for two more days.
And to dis day my sim is being used by god knows and here i am feeling worried about what i might land up into. Is it so hard to block a sim card. Your customer service is worst in the industry. I am switching on to other operators.
