[Resolved] Aircel — Not received any benefits of rs 255 recharge | |||||
Dear aircel, I have recharged my aircel no [protected] (up east) on 31-oct-2016 and i have not received any benefits of this pack. the amount has been deducted. I also contacted customer care and they said they will call back after 1/2 hour but they did not call me even after 3 hours. when i tried to call back it said "all executives are busy please try after sometime and then automatically cuts the call".
