Aircel — not receiving payment over a year

We have an Aircel tower installed by GTL limited at our premises but it hasn't been in working condition from a year and I being the landlord not receiving any payment as per contract and for now, we are unable to contact anyone for further communication we are in severe problem please help us.

I just generated the UPC for my aircel number today i.e 07/07/2018 and it is already showing expired on april 16th
