"Respected Sir/madam., i am arun., living at kumbakonam, thanjavur district., my mobile number is [protected]., this is aircel postpaid connection. past six month before i had changed the prepaid to postpaid connection. but that aircel postpaid connection i want to change to prepaid connection., so many times i have submitted required documents of prepaid changing process., but till now not response. daily i called to aircel thanjavur store manager number ([protected]) and so many times i went to aircel store in kumbakonam., submitted required documents. but no responses., my number is so important to me.but aircel customer care and thanjavur store manager so irresponse answer to me for every day. me do all procedure to change of prepaid connection., but aircel service not enough., customer care services also very poor., i want same number and change to prepaid connection. please do the needful."
