2. Why help lines are always busy ?
3. Rate cutter validity be expire before the end of date.
4.Say RC35=40TT but don't give this TT fullfilly.
5.Say RC8 & get all local &std call at 1p/2s for 28 days but give only for 5days...
I need urgent my feedback.

We would like to inform that we checked your account and found that you have recharged with RC 8 on 8th & 13th Sep’16. We would like to inform you that we have not promoted any such offer as per concern on the above mentioned dates. Hence, the same is not applicable on your number.
