I have many complaint in aircel customer care please provide my UPC Code and close my services, but abhi tak kisi ne koi bhi code/message sent nahi kiya . aur last 6 month se mera balance cut ho raha h, message card ki bhi services close nahi kar raha hai. mein kya karu... Verified Support Sep 03, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear shubham113, We request you to send a text PORT followed by 10 Digit Mobile Number to 1900, you'll receive a UPC code. Once, you get that code, please visit your nearest Aircel store along with the following documents: 1. POA (Proof of address) 2. POI (Proof of Identity) 3. 2 Passport size photographs.
