I was using online Google chorme and watching video songs. Suddenly I got message from Aircel that u have activated store 99 pack and they have charged 30 rs from account balance. This is very irritating for me, because it is not first time for me it is happening many times for me. So do something and clear the issue and I have resolved issue I need my balance back to account. Please help me...

!!!Urgent help!!! I am not able to deactivate auto renewal of Rs.9 data pack. It is deducted from my balance everyday. My pockets get empty. Please help me. Deactivate it. Ph no.[protected].

!!! Urgent!!! I recharged my account with Rs. 289 10 gb 3g internet on number [protected].i received the message that recharge was successful but i am not able to use it. I received a message that i had used my quota but i haven't used it. Also i cannot check the internet balance. Please help.

(In case of transaction failure the amount is credited back in the account in 5 working days and if the amount is not reversed in 5 working days then please contact your bank for reversal or debited amount).

This is Biswanath Borgoary, Mobile No. [protected]. Yesterday 22-Mar-2017, i recharged with Rs. 58 for STD Aircel Mobile Rate cutter plan for 60 days through Aircel online recharge - payment with (recharge.oneindia.com). I got confirmation message, Transaction Id:[protected], but rate cutter plan is not activated till now. Just now inquire to the customers care they said there is no record for recharge. Kindly recharge my plan or send me back my amount.
