Aircel — Online recharge balance debited from bank but recharge unsuccessful | |||||
On 26/02/2016 at 00.50 hours I tried to recharge online Rs. 209 through Bill Desk gateway (Aircel Website ) balance was debited from my bank but recharge was unsuccessful and balance was not refunded .
