Aircel — Online recharge balance debited from bank but recharge unsuccessful

On 26/02/2016 at 00.50 hours I tried to recharge online Rs. 209 through Bill Desk gateway (Aircel Website ) balance was debited from my bank but recharge was unsuccessful and balance was not refunded . Please refund my balance . Also recommend what action can be taken against non refund of my balance ??

Dear Aircel, still today my bank account has not been credited by Rs. 209. Please refund my money at the earliest .

You have to wait until 5 working days, if the recharged amount does not get credited back to your bank A/C then you may revert back with your Bank statement details.
