I Made online recharge of 150for [protected] on 09.03.2017 amount was deducted from bank account, received SMS 'your request to recharge 150 INR cannot be processed at this time.transaction number is MUR[protected] MRP . TT=0 INR, but not activate.i con't make call local/ std, still day.but still time not received, pls Recharge immediately

We would like to inform you that as we have checked and haven't found any successful recharge request on your number and also SMS provided by you confirms that transaction was failed hence you need to try again and the amount which has been deducted from your bank account will be credited back bank within 5-6 working days as per bank policy.
