I have recharged on 3-dec-2013 of 149 rs on mobile number [protected] through SBI mobile Banking.Amount is deducted from my account but recharge has not been done. even 72 hours is completed .but balance is not refund yet.Transaction Details are as narration =========== TO TRANSFER MB[protected] AIRCEL, TOPUP, [protected], AIRCEL ref no ======= TRANSFER TO[protected] Pls do the needful as soon as possible.
