Dear Sir
my aircel no.[protected] we have recharged on 29/01/2017 Rs.249 for unlimited local std calling for any network for 28 but suddenly my call is drop and not going outgoing call i want ask you when your plan is unlimited than why is not going my outgoing call your plan is showing unlimited but you fraud and chetting with customers you are very big chetter and fraud if my call is not start now than i will legal action against you today otherwise resolved my problem immediately

Aircel Customer Care's response Hi Amzad,

We would like to inform you that in RC_249 pack you will get 300 minutes/day, post reaching the limit 30p/min call rate applies. Also, this STV should not be used for any Commercial Activity, else it will be deactivated. Commercial Activity means calling 100 or more unique callers in a week or 1200 mins in a week.
