[Resolved] Aircel — aircel pack activated with out my knowledge and talktime deducted | |||||
Dear Sir, I am Peter from chennai like to file a Complaint against Aircel Company due to, they are activated pocket internet pack without any information for which they had deducted Rs.104 (99+5)/-. when I called to customer care they accepted and send a complaint number 1-[protected]. Yesterday i got an sms stating that the complaint is resolved and i did not get any refund. This is happening to me every month. Last month they activated same pack and i filed a complaint.
