TAHT DEALER HAD TOLD ME TAHT IT WILL GET AVCTIVATED WITHIN 24 HOUR NOW TODAY IS 5TH DAY WHICH IS GOING COMPLEETE BUT STILL MY SIM IS NOT ACTICATED WHEN I HAD SPOKEN IN CUSTOMECARE DEPT OF AIRCEL THOSE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO CONTACT DEALER WHEN I HAD WORD WITH MY DEALER HE TOLD HE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY DOCS TO AIRCEL ON SAT 24 JAN 2015 AS SHOWN ME THE CONFERMATION RECORD AND HE SATTED THAT DELAY IS TAKEN PLACE FROM AIRCEL COMPANY'S END. WHEN AGAIN I HAD SPOKE IN CUSTOMECARE DEPT OF AIRCEL AGAIN EXECUTIVE TOLD ME SAME STORY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH DEALER. I AM FEELING LIKE TENIS BALL IN BETWEEN AIRCEL COMPANY AND DEALER . Dear PRAMIT,
WE tried to call you on [protected] but we didnt got any response from him however with regards to his concern of delay in activation of his Aircel SIM, you had given Aadhar card as ID proof and on that Photo was not clear hence his activation request is kept on hold instead of rejecting hence now you need to visit the same centre and submit any other ID valid ID proof with clear visibility of photo to complete the activation for both of his aircel number.
