[Resolved] Aircel — Pathetic customer service that you guys have | |||
Dear team, I am very ashamed to say that i hold a aircel number [protected] My frc activation has not been done from your charni road aircel outlet in mumbai I have called the customer care today and had spoken to 4 customer care executive and all the four of them had disconnected my call with out writing a complain. One of the customer care executive name is ankit patil who has been very rude to me and was not ready to write a complain against the customer care behavior with me nor for the problem i am facing with my sim. Please register my complain and provide me a ticket number.
