Aircel — PI of 249 | |||
I am Manvi. I recharged my account with the PI of 249 which stated validity for 60 days. But today i received a message on the 28th day stating that the PI pack has been expired. I called the complaint helpline but your customer care executive were unable to give me a proper explaination. The customer care executive told me that the validity of the plan has been changed to 28 days and then disconnected the call. When i redialed the helpline the voice message said that all executives are busy. It happens everytime. Whenever i had a problem and rang your helpline, at first my call is received and when the next time i call them your all executives become busy! Why is it so Aircel? Coming back to the topic i want the validity of my PI pack to be 60 days because when i paid the money for the pack as i recieved an offer on my no. claiming to get unlimited 2G data for 60 days on PI of 249 and in addition to that i was also told by the rechargewala that the pack is valid for 60 days.
