[Resolved] Aircel — Plan changed without informing and not closing the dispute | |||||
Aircel had recently changed the plan without informing( they would say we have sent an sms but there should be bill protection period and customer must be informed in their bill that plan has been changed.) without this plan changed and they charged me higher. when i goto the billing dispute they have not responded properly. I am asking them to close billing and sent me a final invoice so that i can get services from other service provider.
