[Resolved] Aircel — Poor - Post paid to prepaid migration service | |||
Hi, I had requested postpaid to prepaid migration on 21 Oct and I had visited Aircel showroom two time for creating a migration request, submitting the documents, and pay bill for 15 days and executive told that within 15 days, your postpaid connection migrated to prepaid but still that's not happened. I did a call to 198 for inquiring about the status of migration request and I didn't get proper response and they told that I have to visit Aircel showroom again where I have submitted the request. Actually I don't want to spent one more day with Aircel showroom. Please help me to close the connection. Also I have written my concern to the below useless mail id's. No response yet.
