[Resolved]  Aircel — Poor services

I want to attention you that, on 29 august I got a balance deduction on my connection No [protected]. I called many times to customers care services and talk with many customers care executive and even senior executives kausik dey, they didn't provide any helpful information regarding my deducted balance yet, they are less cooperative and providing a shameless service. I hoping that aircel would give me a world class service and take a necessary steps to refund my deducted balance...

I had 28 rs balance on 29 august, they deducted all my balance, when I informed to customers care they told me that we deducted only 3 rs that will be refund to u, and they refund 3 rs but I had 28 I told them then they told me we still not have any update on our application you call us later, I called many times but they repeatedly said the same thing that application has some problems call us later and now today is 7 sep it's almost more than 10 day but I still didn't got any information

One of the customer care executive told me that mam you using your Internet data that's y we deduct your balance but I still hv net mb and I told them also that I hv net mb left then how could u deduct but they repeatedly said their application has some problems...

As per CDR, your balance got deducted Rs.25.00 for using GPRS in 3G connectivity on 8/29/2016 3:59:28 PM, (usage 82.2121MB as per default charges 15p/10KB), before balance Rs.28.73 & after balance Rs.3.73).

As per system validation, it was found that amount of INR 3 deducted for SILKW35 service on[protected]. You are eligible for the waiver of INR 3 for SILKW35 service hence INR 3 have already been posted to your account.
