[Resolved] Aircel — Porting numbers | |||||
Our numbers are postpaid - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. We applied port for those above numbers by messaging in January.they called from customer care and we justified our reason for porting. But no response after that. After the validity expires again by February we ported again by messaging.again called by customer care but nothing takes place till date for porting our numbers to other mobile network. We are frustrated with Aircel service. It's been two months waiting for porting from aircel to other services. What will be the procedure to change? Local office people doesn't know anything about this. Whom to contact? How long will it take ?
