I have raise the complaint on July 12 to appellate desk. please check below response details from appellate desk. I have spoken all four members in your appellate desk still now no response.

25.07.2016 Bharath Response : mail sent to backend team still not updated you will get call from the backend team.

28.07.2016 Pradeep Response : your Docket no was closed backend team required billdesk transaction no but i said i have send all the transaction detail throw mail. again i have given my all transaction details manually he take the complaint manually and said u will get call

05.08.2016 Sarika Response : mail sent to backend team still not updated you will get call
17.08.2016 Bharath Response : mail sent to backend team still not updated you will get call
19.08.2016 Chinnusamy Response : mail sent to backend team still not updated you will get call

Still i am getting same reply

Same response still now i heard same dialogue from your appellate desk.

I need solution for this issue. today my mobile outgoing call will disconnect due to the payment not paid. kindly help me on this ASAP.

My bill for Postpaid is too much & want to move to Prepaid or change my Network; Ive been using this Network from 2011 & this is not how you treat. 6months to change to Prepaid is what everyone says... its just too much; if it is so plz change my Network
