Aircel — Postpaid sim card not working properly. | |||
Hi my name is pragadeesh m, i have been using this sim ([protected]) for around one year. All of a sudden my sim stopped receiving calls. And am not able to make calls either. Though the payment date is 06/06/2016 i have paid my bill on 05/06/2016 thinking that bcoz of not paying my bill they might have stopped my connection but even after paying my bill there is no improvement in my connection. So i lodged a complaint through customer care and they said that it will be resolved within 3 working days, and after two days i received a message from aircel saying that my service request has been resolved. But still the problem persists. How can they send that without solving my problem?? Was this information helpful? | |||
