Hi Team, i have used aircel past 8years. 1year before i have changed from prepaid to postpaid after that the bill amount is hug i accept iam using then only the bill amount came. now i want to change my postpaid to prepaid. i already gave request 6month before. but still no one take action. when i contact aircel office in erode ( where i gave my request ) aircel cell city they not give proper respect and also they are treat me bad way please take action immediately. i[censored] cant change i can move from ur network to other network i hope you give solution for this.
