[Resolved]  Aircel — Postpaid to Prepaid Complaint

Hi, my name is Saravanan. my Aircel No is [protected].
I gave a request to convert my postpaid to prepaid on 23-Dec-2016. I was asked to pay extra 256 rupees from my billing amount. The Guy said it will take 20 days to get processed. But January i received the billing for Postpaid.
When i called the customer care they are saying to go and contact the Aircel office paid. COCO-Saidapet.

My Receipt No for payment: EPS36172888 and EPS36171543
Name of the Aircel guy collected the money : Vinoth kUmar A / CAVINAI

Bill paid. But service has been cut. No tower.
Request was raised to your service on December[protected].
Process has been done from your end on[protected].
Till now no customer care is able to give explanation why no tower.
Customers have to go through these complaints to get your service done??

The Request for conversion of postpaid to prepaid was given in month of December
clearing the Outstanding Bill.
The Outstanding bill amount Rs. 428 now is for the month of January Which is also paid.
Still no tower and service from your end Aircel team.

Need the necessary action on the Irresponsibility Aircel team and Rental i have paid for month of January.
