[Resolved] Aircel — Postpaid to Prepaid Complaint | |||||
Hi, my name is Saravanan. my Aircel No is [protected]. I gave a request to convert my postpaid to prepaid on 23-Dec-2016. I was asked to pay extra 256 rupees from my billing amount. The Guy said it will take 20 days to get processed. But January i received the billing for Postpaid. When i called the customer care they are saying to go and contact the Aircel office paid.
