I raised request to convert my postpaid no to prepaid no.(Chennai circle) I completed all the process on 4th Nov.they promised it will we changed in 7 working day. Today is the 18th working day still my sim is not converted to prepaid. Yesterday my balance was rs.288/-. Suddenly it has come to rs.1.05 due to downloading .Again i have recharged with rs.300 & today it has come to rs.210.i don't' know why u are deducting so much money from my MAIN BALANCE.Kindly stop the downloading of anything to my mobile & arrange to refund the deducting amount to my mobile on urgent basis.
