Dear Sir,

I want to convert my Aircel postpaid plan to prepaid due to increased bill amount to pay monthly. i have gone nearest Aircel showroom where i have registered for postpaid plan but they are refusing to convert my sim to prepaid. hence i request you to please process the same which will be affordable to me .

My current plan is 399rs where i am getting charge 600rs monthly.please do the needful
