First you told that I have used VAS from WAP mode. (We would like to inform you that you had used VAS services through WAP mode hence we are unable to process the reversal.)
Next you told that the issue has been re-escalating. (We are re-escalating your issue and will update you soon.)
Then you told amount had been refunded. (We would like to inform you that the amount had been refunded from our end.)
Now you told that I made a call to some other number. (We would like to inform you that you had made o/g call to the number 89732*** on 15/11/2015 hence the charges of Rs. 76/- had been deducted as per the tariff.)
Check my call usage history, in I didn’t make any unwanted long calls from this number ([protected]).
Are you seriously working or telling just like that answers?

Very very worst service from AIRCEL.
Feeling very shameful to have your (AIRCEL) network for more than 10 years.
Please let me know if you don't want to return my money.
Because I raised this issue ten days before still no result it's really very shameful of AIRCEL that I have to complaint again and again for my own money.
Is this a new way of AIRCEL for raising your revenue?
Please let me know clearly you want to return my money back or not instead of playing this game.

But for your kind information, I didnt activate any VAS service. This number is being used by a senior citizen, and the mobile is a very basic model. If you can able to check my details, please check my past few years history, you cannot find any single VAS activation on this number.
