Aircel — Problems during contact to customer care

I am trying to contact to customer care executive for the last 8 days but I could not succeeded . In this interval only one sentence I hear ""humare sabhi executives avi dusre calls pr busy h kripya line pr bne rhe ya humse punah sampark kare ya humare self help subidha ka lav uthaye help likh kr 121 pr SMS kare aircel me call krne k liye dhanyabad.. Tu tu tu tu ..."" and then call ended. I tried approx 50-60 times in a day at every time but result was same . There is some amount of my account is deducted in this interval but l know nothing about why so for details of this deduction help me

I know sir what happen this is regular practice of aircel .If proper solution of your complaint not available they will do like these thing.
I have solution make call from another aircel no...This thing happened many times with me...
