[Resolved] Aircel — product benefit not added | |||||
I have received a message from DT-AIRCEL as Unlimited internet (2GB/Day) and unlimited voice call. So that I make a recharge for Rs.89. But after that I make a recharge there is a charge consumed as per normal tariff. When I contact the customer care they told they didn't send any message like that. But whenever I make recharges (Verify my recharge history) following only by the offer messages. Every offer messages I received from the DT-AIRCEL only. Why that network provider(Aircel company) charge for that calls after I make a recharge. I attached the screenshot copy of that message also. Kindly clear my issue / query as early as possible.
