Sir, i recharged my account with rs.100 talktime along with rc.35 stating that 15p/m day before yesterday. But even after topup the ratecutter is not been activated and my talktime reduced rapidly. This is not the first time such a thing is happening. I hv been recharging ratecutters 10 days once thinking it has expored..but came to know its been never activated .
