[Resolved] Aircel — Rc35 validity issue | |||
I am using aircel network number ([protected]). Last month (Jan 6th 2016) I received a message from DK-60006. It says as follows: Dear Customer Special Offer Only for U! Recharge with RC35 & make all Local Aircel calls @ 10p/min for full 60days. After i received the message i should make recharge for Rs.35 and then i receive a message from DD-Aircel. It shows as follows: Congrats, Extra validity on RC35 is credited. Happy talking. But when i make a call to some aircel numbers, it may charged as normal as 1p/sec. How it could be possible. When i try to contact aircel customer care they block my number. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 19, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved solved the problem by they offered me for 1 year A2A .10paisa/call . Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
