Aircel — Recharge amount gone to special account | |||||
Hello sir, My aircel number is [protected], And I have just recharged today for rs 209 = full talk + 209mb data, Transaction No. CHR[protected], I have got the data in my balance but the talk time gone to special account balance which is only for thirty days validity also I can't use that amount to get internet data through ussd code except to make any calls before thirty days, I can only call when I need to call someone, I can not make calls for Aircel's set time period, It's foolishness, And I have called the customer care but they refused to help me, I want my balance to be transferred into my main account, Aircel haven't explained clearly in their website about this recharge, It simply said that 209rs full talk time + 209 mb data, No one will recharge for 209rs for the validity of only thirty days, Aircel cleverly cheating in this vise, They proving that they are also robbers like Reliance who deducts money and internet data without any consumption by the customers... So please someone who are in authority help and take action against this cheaters and robbers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
