[Resolved]  Aircel — Recharge converted to promo balance

Hi
I am Raju . Yesterday I recharged Rs. 45/- on my aircel mobile no [protected] then my balance had been credited as Promo Balance of Rs. 46/- with validity of 28 Days. I do not want this promo balance.Because I cant able to make any calls and any sms with that balance..
Please transfer this balance to main balance as soon as possible

We would like to inform you that promo balance can't be transferred to main balance. Also, you can use promo balance to make calls, send SMS & browse internet but you can't subscribe any Aircel pack through promo balance.
