[Resolved] Aircel — Recharge failure and call center uncooperative | |||||
On 13th july 2016 i had recharged (transaction id:[protected] on my aircel sim (roaming pack of rs. 73/-), but i did not get that service facility. i had call to the service center many times but they always said that their server is down, my question is that if they can not provide the service at the right moment or in right time then why they cheated on me? i have paid the whole money for that service and they did not help me on my problem, poor call center service with lack of eligible persons. i am requesting the authority to solve my problem, i am long away from my home and this uncooperative service makes my situation worst.
