Hi, I have recharged from internet banking of Rs. 85, for which i received a message 207:Txn No. CHR[protected] to Recharge MRP 85 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 0.52 INR, P.F 75.65 INR, Service.Tax 9.35 INR.
But, i could able to make call when i called customer care on 17.01.2015 they said the charge value (Rs. 85) is a ratecutter, whereas
I have been using rate cutter of Rs. 79 before i asked them how two rate will get activate and if it an rate cutter how could i receive message like this the representative put the call on hold and call got disconnect
Again i called explained same problem and asked why this happened please reverse my money to balance
Account to avail call as soon as that i received message that
Dear Customer now enjoy all local calls at just 35p/m for 28 days
I informed that too they informed me to call next day and your issue will resolved in 4
hrs. But still issue is same please refund mymoney to balance account why should i avail two rate cutter?
Each and every time customer cann't check your details right.
