Aircel — Recharge of 993 not received thrice, but the amount was debited | |||
I recently did a recharge of 993 (12 gb data aircel) on 05/07/2015 around 11 pm. But it resulted in a failure (transaction was successful) and was expecting a refund within 5 days. I did the recharge once again and again the same thing happened. I got the message "Your request to recharge 993 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is BHR[protected]." (this is the first message, the second one had the number BHR[protected] I did the recharge again on 06/07/2015 around 3 pm and although the transaction was successful, i did not receive any message on my mobile number (yes i double checked my mobile number it was correct) and now another day has passed! What is happening? I have never ever suffered earlier in online recharge of aircel. I have practically lost Rs.2939 with nothing to show for it!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
