Hi All, The other day I did online recharge of Rs - 66 to my number [protected]. I called customer representative to know about the offer in detail, later she explained me regarding this offer (1 lac sec free to aircel to aircel users). Also she told the main balance will still show as Zero. Am unable to call any aircel users even after the amount has been deducted for the bank. Please prioritize this issue asap I have been try calling out to customer care past from 2 days.My bad for reaching out you guys through online complaint registration becoz of heavy traffic am unable to get in touch with any of customer representatives Please do needful & do let me know the root caused for this.
