[Resolved]  Aircel — reduce balance

Today when I use Internet from my mobile (Mobile no - [protected]), after disconnect it i saw a flash message that my balance was reduce of amount of Rs. 15 . I call customer care to conform that why my balance way reduce, after calling them they give a me a fake reason that I download a video file for that i have to pay a charge of Rs. 15. But now this a question when i use whatsapp from my mobile how can i download any chargeable video from this ? This is my hopeful request to you please look into this matter and return my reduce amount

As per our system records, it has been found that your balance Rs.15/- got deducted on 18/12/2014 due to DOWNLOAD of VAS - VIDEO- TECHZONE through WAP. Hence, Credit of 15/- has already been posted in your A/C from our end on 20/12/2014. Hope the resolution offered meets your satisfaction levels too.
