[Resolved]  Aircel — Reduced mobile balance illegally

O 13th Nov 2016, when I checked my mobile balance, It was reached to 0.00, though 12th Nov I saw before going to sleep it was around 12.00 rupees. When I called to their customer care, they're repeatedly saying that there was no update to their system, call us after 24 hours. Now if I call them after 24 hour, they will say "24 hours have been passed, so no. Refund is possible". This way they cheat with many people. This thing happened with me before also, but now I am writing this complaint. Tell me what should be my next step???

As per system, your balance got deducted Rs.1.90(not Rs.12.00) for making outgoing call to this (sample number:-90073#####, 73847#####, 95632#####) from[protected] at 12:19 to[protected] at 12:26, before balance Rs.10.02 and after balance Rs.8.12. So charging found correct & you are not eligible for waiver.

Hi,

I recharged my aircel number [protected] with Rs 135 for which i was supposed to receive balance of Rs 150 but it was transfrd to some promo balance and not the main balance. Please correct this and transfer the amount to main balance i dont need any promo balance. If it cannot be transferred than it is pure cheating customer.

We would like to inform you that PF balance can be used same as the main balance for voice, SMS and internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service.

Cost of SMS charges was deducted from my cell no [protected] @ Rs.1.50
was being deducted for a long timeon dail basis wrongly though no sms was done by me. Pl. look into the matter and arrange to refund me the money

Dear ckroy,

We would like to inform you that as we checked and found that you recharged with FRC-192+1 on 01-10-2016 at 16:16 (benefit:-SRC-1 TTRs 75 All Mobile Local+STD Call @1p/sec, LL 3p/sec for 90 days, 1 GB Day & 1 GB Night for 30 days, 100 L/N SMS for 15 Days.

And the balance got deducted Rs.9.00 (before balance Rs.10.43 & after balance Rs.1.43) for sending STD SMS to this (sample number:-95829#####) from 11/1/2016 at 4:43:05 AM to 11/7/2016 at 11:46:41 AM. So charging found correct .
