Aircel — Reduction of balance without any service activation | |||
Respected sir/Ma'am, Since 5 days I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. Firstly Rs15 was reduced and a messege came thank you for using aircel service. I sent a message to toll-free no. 155223 to stop any activated service on my aircel number, But I got the message in reply as "There is no service request available againest your mobile number. " Again today morning i received an sms, thank u for using aircel services. I tried to contact to customer care, But did not get any response. So, I do not know what to do.
