[Resolved]  Aircel — Reduction of main balance without providing any service

Respected sir, since last year I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. All time Rs 5 was reduced and a message came thank u for using aircel service. Then I spoken to aircel customercare, But he was unable to tell me the reason for what the money is deducted, Then I requested to deactivate all my service, Then He told me that you dont have any service. Then i asked that tell me the reason for the money reduction.he did not say anything and told me to hold the line.. After 15 Mins the call was automatically terminated. I dont use Internet from my phone.. today noon I again received an sms, thank u for using aircel services. Please make them to refund and dont repeat the same.., , .

Respected sir,
Since last month, I have been suffering for the unnecessary balance deduction from my main balance.. Today (23/12/14) at 10:48, I received a SMS from aircel and the contents of the SMS is that Thank you for using Pocket Internet. But I don’t use internet from my phone and don’t have any GPRS settings in my phone. Then I called customer care to explain that things and requested him to refund my money. But, his behaves rudely with me and saying that I use internet. Then I asked him to tell me that which website or which things I have searched, But he was unable to tell me because I don’t use internet from my phone.. Please stop this and make them refund.
