Aircel — refund amount for unsuccessful recharge | |||
I am pre paid Aircel customer. My mobile no is [protected]. I had recharged mobile data card for the Rs.397 at 1:30 PM on 23/05/2015 through aircel mobile app.. But recharged failed. My transaction number is UER[protected].My bank account was deducted Rs.397. The same has not been refunded till now. Please do the needful at the earliest for refund the said amount.
