Hi to one and all my mobile no. [protected], i was send a amount to pay my bill around 1000 which is not my bill amount, and without my knowledge disconnected the outgoing when i contacted they said to pay then only outgoing calls will get activated, and after request the itemised statement after 3 weeks i received after calling n number of times. bill no.[protected] & when i contacted customer care they looked my bill details and said AIRCEL need to pay the amount of 600 to me and they said they will send to home and now suddenly disconnected my outgoing calls instead of paying the amount of 600in advance this is just graping the amount from the customer, and when i am trying to contact customer service busy since from 2 days, i need my outgoing need to activated, either refund my amount, kindly anyone plz look into this.
