Aircel — Refund the charged Rs 30 /-

Sir, The same problem which occured to me last week they charged me Rs 15 / - video pack . After i have send complaint to this mail to this i got my Refund back. similarly the same thing happened today also at 3.43 pm dt : 3 - 7 - 15. when i searching the the web by Automaticaly they have send a sms that i have accepted for TINY TV service, They charged Rs 30 / - for 7 days and deduct in my Account. I immediately send and sms to 155223 to deactivated the service. They have accepted and cancel the service i got sms from Aircel, but i didn't get the Deducted Amount to my Balance. My Mobile No is : [protected]. Please do the Needful sir. Thanking you sir.

What is VAS Usage for my number and why you are deducting Rs 30 / - .please give me the reason we did not


Activate VAS USAGE, we will not use this AIRCEL No :[protected] unless we receive the Amount.we shall change

Ive written my problem on July 8th still today we didnt receive any reply or message from aircel its very irritating. we wil

close this No we did not recharge here after. We did not activate any service still Aircel is sending message please

Recharge your Account you activated masti mall service.

It is very disappointing we didnt activate any service still they are sending same message daily to deduct money from

Account daily.Please deactivate masti mall service otherwise we didnt recharge we will swift to another service.
