[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding balance deduction | |||
My mob no is [protected]. i had balance on 8/06/2014 more than 120 rupees. i was activated pi of 7 rupees & suddenly after use of 15 min of Internet my balance suddenly comes to 0. when i asked to customer service executive he told me i am having 14mb data balance & i am not activate any service . but when i contact on 9/0/2014 customer service representiv of aircel to i was use over Internet data when i asked details they told me i am using 25mb, 50mb.100mb, 58, mb Internet data.one of the executive disconnect my call with out listening my complain. I want to notify that my 99/- rupees deducted from my prepaid num [protected]. Its 2nd time in two months.
I have not used any service. Neither i asked for any service nor i confirmed any. I don't know what these people want. They just swept out 99/- out of 120/-. N further they are not responding while i am trying to contact using customre care. We trust you. So please don't spoil the customer relationships. Its a student life and its very hard to invest such amount on telecommunications. If you are giving me my money back i shall be highly obeliged. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum as i am having proper proofs.i will not recommend anyone to buy ur service i[censored] will be unable to help me.

Aircel has debited 128 rs money from my account balance of mobile number [protected] for internet activation which i have not activated. It is purely their mistake which their customer care representative was accepted too. i have given complaint regarding this to three times so far. but there is no proper response. Kindly take some strict action on aircel, since they are doing these kind activities regularly.
