Aircel — regarding deduction of balance from bank account in the name of online recharge | |||
My cell no. is [protected] .I hv done a recharge of 95 on my mobile no. [protected] on 06/06/2014 08.45 am through netbanking.95 balance got deducted from my bank account and aircel site showing as recharge staus as success. But i hvnt got any recharge on my mobile.Instead of helping my queries there senior executive are saying that u are just doing phone for timepass.And they are not registering my complaint on this. So please help me to get my balance back and the aircel help desk is worse .take action against themmy recharge ref. no.RJ[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
