[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding My 3g Internet problem | |
Hi sir, Im Hari from Bangarpet my aircel no is [protected] im using this no from past 2 years.
I recharged my no with 447 internet plan for 3 months on 10th of September. I got 1.5gb of internet balance, On 10th of october i got 1.5gb Balance, but from 20th October my internet is not working i have 1150mb data balance. I tried calling customer care but the problem didn't solved yet.
I spoked to Customer care Executives on 23rd Oct Ranjeeth and Gangadhar they told they will transfer my call to Gprs Desk. But After waiting for more then 10 minutes my call got Disconnected. Then i trying to call but never connected, i got reply as all our executives are busy plz sms help to 121 but it didn't solved. my alternate no is [protected]
Please help me.
