[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding port request and prepaid change and separation from cug | |||
Dear team, My aircel number is : [protected] I'm aircel postpaid customer for more than one year. But now i cant with your network. Because i face more problems with your network. Still there is no issue with your network. Problem is your service only. I face and complaint customer care more times but still i havent solution. Company standardisation makes plan change for me. Its not good for me. I spend lot of money for same plan usage. I never have service near show rooms. I bought sim in tirupur (Raksha enterprises) I vacate from tirupur to kumbakonam, but if i face any problems i cant resolve it from near branches. If i change my plan local store said you can change plans only your home branch. If i seperate from cug also goto tirupur. If i change to other network its also goto tirupur. Then what i do with your branch...??? Its only bill payments is possible at any branch... Service is not able to provide all branches??? I totally disappoint with your poor service. Finally i goto tirupur for your silly irritative service... But i cant find you told that (Raksha enterprises) branch. This is no more available. What kind of service you provide. I face this problem more than three months. Finally i got their number and i provide proof and my photo also. Customer care persons take actions of my port request they promise to change prepaid request. But still not happen. I cannot pay anymore bills for this number. I never use this number for calls and msg internet anymore. I need give a docket number to change my number to prepaid or port to other network. If not i raise complaint for legally for my inconvenience. I raise my complaints with following issue... 1. To join cug group without my knowledge (You people sale only tell them truth. Not cheat) 2. You're hide your tariff and billing method. Its make huge cheat to my free usage.) 3. Poor service for change to other network or prepaid is delay without any reason. 4. Feel irritate to use your network for last three months. 5. Mentally face more problems with use of other number to make calls. 6. This is my personal number but i cant use because of your poor service. 7. I need grievance and financial compensation for your service. I want my number is mine.
