Aircel — Regarding unnecessary bill

Sir, I (Devendar kumar) have postpaid connection, mobile no [protected] facing a problem since last two month. The problem is that software gets automatically downloaded. The first month i complained customer care for this issue, and he told me that ur problem will be resolved within 48 hours and this problem will not occur next time. But this month the same problem asrise again and the bill generated is too much as compared to last few month's bill.I complain customer care again that the same problem is occuring again this month and about the bill generated. But they are threatening me that u have to pay this bill and if i failed to pay this then they will file FIR against me. And they are mentally harashing me to pay my bill.
